This woman was in the biz for 19 years. She has prostitution charges in several states, this was her first offense in CO. CPS had already been ca;;ed bc she lost custody of her children for neglect and abuse several years before this (she broke her 9yo daughters arm). She did not say anything during the initial questioning. Her agency paid her bond and her atty retainer fees (totaling about $2000) with the understanding that they would be informed of the progress on her case. After that, she took the plea deal and was ordered to provide a deposition 30 days later. She provided LE with all the information she could on the agency she was with. 6 months later, the agency was raided by VICE/narcotics based on her inaccurate information. She is now working under another alias still in the area, still seeing clients, and working alongside LE so she does not face further charges and can hopefully someday have her children back.
